10. Deposits, Shipping, and Other Information
Graphic Design
- All deposits must be made in full before any project is started and any proof is presented to our customers. If you are not satisfied for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Printing
- All printing costs MUST BE PAID IN FULL before printing begins and final product can be delivered to our customers.
Web Design and Specialty Projects
- A 50% deposit is required on all web design and specialty projects. Boosh Studios reserves the right to deem any non-standard order as a specialty project unless otherwise stated.
Artwork
- Boosh Studios reserves the right to use any design, printed material, web design, photograph and or any other original work it has created for promotional and advertising purposes unless otherwise stated by our customers. Boosh Studios reserves the right to deny service to any image, subject matter and/or persons it finds to be offensive and/or obscene.
Shipping
Our prices DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING. Boosh Studios will always inform it's customers of the most economical form of shipping. Any special shipping arrangements and costs will be paid by the customer. This includes express shipping, next day shipping and international shipping costs. All Art Media offers customers within the Miami-Dade and Broward County area free direct shipping at no extra cost unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both Boosh Studios and the customer.
